LARC’s Network
The Los Angeles Regional Collaborative for Climate Action and Sustainability (LARC) is a network of local governments, regional agencies, non-profit organizations, businesses, utilities, and academics working together to advance climate mitigation and adaptation efforts in the Los Angeles region.
