Third quarterly meeting of the Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program's Technical Advisory Council. This will be a hybrid meeting, consisting of a primary in-person location in Sacramento, several additional in-person locations, and Zoom participation options. Public participants may join the meeting from any in-person location or via Zoom.
